Acupuncture is a safe, effective and holistic treatment.  It provides a wonderfully gentle method of promoting well-being, bringing about health and harmony in body, mind and spirit.  It is used to treat a wide variety of acute and chronic conditions from simple muscle strains to long-term dehabilitating illnesses in people of all ages.  It is also effective at preventing illness.  Have a look under the ‘conditions treated’ page for more detail on common health challenges treated. 

Fertility enhancement and pregnancy care are two areas of special interest to me and areas in which acupuncture is highly effective.   As an affiliated Zita West acupuncturist I have had excellent training in this area and can offer a 20% discount on Zita West products and services to support you through your fertility preparation and pregnancy.  

Chinese Medicine is also wonderfully effective in treating children of all ages. Treatment is always holistic and individual to the exact requirements of your child and may include acupuncture, moxa, massage and dietary and lifestyle advice.  If your child does require acupuncture the treatment is very quick and gentle and most children don't feel very much at all.
