Each
clinic I work in has a licence to practice Acupuncture granted by the relevant County Council.
Appointments cancelled within less then 24 hours notice will be subject
to a cancellation fee.
Your name and address will be held on a computer database for the clinic and it will
be kept confidential. If you wish to be excluded from the clinic database please
let Jody know on your first appointment.
